However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could have been made:The installation of the inverter took place on the ground floor, whereas it could have been set up in the penthouse. Although this would have incurred additional costs for the company, it would have been preferable.There was a slight delay of one week in configuring the inverter after the installation of the net metering.Aside from these points, I would like to commend Ajay garu for handling the communication exceptionally professionally. He was readily available whenever needed.

Then, we came across a very pronounced name in the market through multiple Social channels and how they were extremely satisfied with their service.. and they were FOUR SOLAR. Did our own research and and eventually decided to opt them as our service provider post getting the Quote. To be honest, they are slightly on the expensive side when compared to others, however the end result and materials used has been extremely good. During the initial cycle, they have been a tad lethargic in terms of Material procurement and Timely closure of commitments, however, I would like to take this moment to thank Mr. Indrasen (Owner) who did pitch in when it was most needed and ensured the project completion was to our satisfaction. It’s pretty uncommon among big company owners to look into individual customer situations, however he definitely is an exception and I believe that’s what makes his Company FOUR SOLAR way ahead than their competitors. The team is knowledgeable on all topics and always communicable.As the site required a High-Rise structure, a site inspection was carried out and shadow analysis was done to find the optimal installation spot. After inspection, drawings and panel layouts were provided along with a detailed and competitive quotation for the project, which had all individual parts broken down into quantity and manufacturer details to give an understanding of the cost. All other associated costs were also mentioned upfront to avoid surprises at the end. Upon giving the go-ahead all the formalities and documentation were handled by the team and the whole process was a smooth sail. The installation was carried out impeccably, attention was taken that the structure is mounted and anchored properly and all the wiring and groundings connections are immaculate. All of this was done well within the timeline committed in the quotation. The team also made sure that the installation of the net meter which falls under the scope of the electricity department, was also done in time.The panels and inverter provided are of high quality and we are more than satisfied with the performance. Also, the quality and workmanship of the structure provided are top-notch.Overall all we are very happy with the installation and extend our compliments to the team of Four Solar for a job well done and wish them all the best for the future. We will be highly recommending them for solar installations.
